Welcome to Tasklure Limited (“Tasklure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tasklure website and our services.

By accessing our website, requesting our services, or entering into an agreement with Tasklure, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Tasklure

Tasklure Limited provides business support and operational services, which may include:

  • Virtual and executive assistance
  • Administrative support
  • CRM setup, implementation, and management
  • Business operations support
  • Scheduling and customer support
  • Workflow and process development
  • SOP creation and documentation
  • Automation and systems implementation
  • Research and data management
  • Marketing and social media support
  • Lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Project coordination
  • Other business support services agreed upon with a client

The specific services provided to each client will be determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract, or other written agreement.

2. Client Engagements

When you engage Tasklure for services, we may establish the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, communication methods, and other requirements through a written agreement, proposal, statement of work, email, platform agreement, or other documented arrangement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement between you and Tasklure, the specific agreement will generally take precedence for that engagement.

3. Our Responsibilities

Tasklure will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Deliver the agreed services professionally and diligently
  • Complete agreed tasks within the applicable timeframe
  • Communicate relevant updates and issues
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding client information
  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by the client
  • Identify operational issues or opportunities for improvement where appropriate
  • Use reasonable measures to protect information entrusted to us

We will communicate promptly when circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect timelines or deliverables.

4. Client Responsibilities

To provide our services effectively, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Providing timely access to necessary systems, accounts, documents, and resources
  • Providing clear instructions and requirements
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables where approval is required
  • Responding to requests for information or clarification in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that they have the legal authority to provide Tasklure with access to their systems and information
  • Maintaining appropriate licenses, subscriptions, and third-party software required for their business

Delays caused by missing information, unavailable systems, delayed approvals, or other client-side issues may affect project timelines.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Software

Tasklure may use or operate third-party platforms on behalf of clients, including but not limited to CRM, accounting, scheduling, communication, marketing, automation, project management, and cloud-based software.

Examples may include Jobber, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, Mailchimp, Canva, Connecteam, and similar platforms.

Tasklure does not own or control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, pricing, security, policies, or continued operation.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

6. CRM, Automation, and Systems Implementation

Tasklure may configure CRMs, workflows, automations, integrations, forms, scheduling systems, and related business processes.

While we will make reasonable efforts to test and verify configurations, automated systems can be affected by third-party software updates, API changes, incorrect information, account permissions, technical failures, or other circumstances outside our control.

Clients remain responsible for reviewing important workflows and business rules before relying on them for critical business operations.

Tasklure is not responsible for losses resulting from a third-party platform malfunction, service interruption, unauthorized access caused by client-side security issues, or an automation operating differently due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Depending on the engagement, payment may be structured as:

  • Hourly billing
  • Fixed project fees
  • Recurring monthly fees
  • Retainers
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Other arrangements agreed upon in writing

Invoices are payable according to the payment terms specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, Tasklure reserves the right to pause services where invoices remain unpaid.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and will generally be discussed with the client before the work is performed.

8. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms of the applicable service agreement.

Where no specific termination terms have been agreed, either party may provide reasonable written notice of termination.

Upon termination:

  • The client remains responsible for fees for services already completed
  • Approved expenses incurred before termination remain payable
  • Tasklure may cease access to client systems
  • Outstanding deliverables will be handled according to the applicable agreement
  • Client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations

Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

9. Confidentiality

We understand that clients may provide confidential business information, customer information, financial information, login credentials, processes, strategies, and other sensitive business materials.

Tasklure will treat confidential information responsibly and will not knowingly disclose it to unauthorized parties except where:

  • The client has authorized the disclosure
  • Disclosure is necessary to provide the agreed services
  • Disclosure is required by law
  • Disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud or misuse

Additional confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may be entered into where appropriate.

10. Data Protection

Tasklure may process personal information while providing services to clients.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Where Tasklure processes personal information on behalf of a client, the client may remain responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing, while Tasklure acts as a service provider or data processor according to the applicable engagement.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority and lawful grounds to provide personal information to Tasklure for processing.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials specifically created by Tasklure for a client and fully paid for by that client may be transferred to the client according to the applicable agreement.

Where such materials are incorporated into a client’s deliverables, Tasklure grants the client the appropriate right to use them for their business purposes, subject to the applicable agreement.

Third-party materials, software, trademarks, content, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Client Accounts and Credentials

Where Tasklure requires access to client accounts or systems, the client authorizes Tasklure to access those systems solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

Clients should provide appropriate user permissions rather than unnecessary administrative access whenever practical.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership and control of their accounts and for promptly removing Tasklure’s access when services end.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasklure will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of our website or services.

Our liability relating to a specific engagement will, to the extent permitted by law, generally be limited to the amount paid to Tasklure for the affected services during the applicable period.
